Returns and Refund Policy for Astro Marketers
At Astro Marketers, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may be dissatisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns and refund policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by Astro Marketers, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the service to request a refund. We will review your request and determine if a refund is appropriate. In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied and how we can improve our services. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Astro Marketers.
If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased on our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you wish to cancel a product that you have ordered, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the product has not been started, a full refund will be issued. If the product has been started, a refund will be issued at the discretion of Astro Marketers.
